I should clarify that half items does take heal into account, meaning that if there are 4 items including heal, then they become 2 items. In case there's an odd number of items, heal won't be counted (5 items including heal become 3 items)

I looked at the maps in hammer and based on the item spawning system, it should be trivial to set up the event.
