Most of the admins don't take their jobs seriously. Like 20% of them don't care. others are in spec (sleeping or drinking) idk. So, Yes i interested in Unloze community etc. And especially when i am on the server.. I don't accept unnecessary trolls (Haters gonna hate)

Well I've been playing css v34 since 10 years. Been admin and ported maps etc. Now I've joined v90. Also if you are talking about skills then its kind of hard for me to explain.. Well Let's say I'm admin on 3 server and co owner (on v34). And on v90, I am admin on 1 server and Server Manager on another server (Somehow got promoted).

Yes, I can cause mostly at night i am free to play. Cause its my break time. I usually sleep 3-5 hours or sometimes 6. So ye i can join At night if players are playing [Cause i am visiting all css servers to see some updates etc x)]

Well if i am new then I'd say that i would check admin guidelines etc. And then act according to it. I'd ask other admin/senior for help etc. Common sense i guess.

Very lacking application in general, doesn't appear to have effort in it. Terrible response on the inflating question as well.

Very little activity on the server.

Attempting to put down other admins to make himself appear a good candidate "(Most of the admins don't take their jobs seriously. Like 20% of them don't care. others are in spec (sleeping or drinking))". That's straight up disrespectful and other admin's actions are not a good motivation for why you should be admin. The fact that you even thought this would be a good idea to write is a big red flag.
