2. Why do you want to be an admin?
I would like to help to keep game enjoyable and playable
I am not French, it helps to increase sanity to the server
3. What past experience do you have and other things that would benefit us having you as an admin?
I am programmer in RL (12 years of experience, working in a famous place :D), I can even help to setup a server
I am adult, I know how to be responsable when it is necessary
I speak 3 languages fluently (pt, it, en) and another in process (de)
I have no friends at moment, so I spend my nights on computer
4. Can you play during late hours?
No, basically only between 18:00 - 00:00 during the week. Weekends almost anytime.
5. Imagine you as a brand new admin, suspect a player to inflate or break the server rules on purpose.
Depends on the map. if the players are playing to beat the map, just one warning for light rule breaks, and then a kick with warning. If the player is making the team to lose, no previous warning with 10min ban. (if the case is only on mic, I will just mute). If the player returns to troll, 15min ban, and so on (30min, 1h depends of situation)
If is a relaxing map with no serious playing I will let the player keeps trolling until someone complains or if the troll keeps too much annoying, a kick or a mute.
