After the zombies are chosen 75% of all humans get randomly e-banned. That means only the remaining ones are able to pick up and use items. In return all zombies are able to pick up items since the ban happens after the zombies are chosen. When a round is over there is a new random ban.
This kicker needs to be reviewed by techs to know if it is doable.

I didn't intend to come off as rude but as some point I don't want to keep quiet simply because people might be offended as an entire server will potentially be affected. Casper you basically just nominated a special kicker, not maps.
I am sorry, but what? When are we supposed to decide these maps. Are we just going to do a random rtv vote when event starts and then apply the kickers? Who will decide how many maps and what maps are fine to do this. How did this pass into the poll.
