New global admin!

I'd like to announce that @Qlimaxㅊ and I have decided the new Global Admin! We had 4 admins that wanted this position and it was hard to decide who it should be. That's why it took some days for Qlimax and I to agree on who it should be.
After all this we decided that @Neon should have the opportunity to become a Global admin.
For all the other admins, (and admins that may want a chance in the future) there's a chance to become a global admin in the future. We might choose to get a 4 global admin again.
