Night-Time Population (Or: How to play paranoid every single day!)

Hello alltogether!
Yesterday, some admin came up with an interesting idea to populate the server during the night and make map restrictions more fair to players from non-EU timezones:
For some testing between 1AM and 7AM all the map restrictions and cooldowns are completly disabled.
You will be able nominate every map from the mapcycle during this timeframe.
Please keep in mind, that this is only being tested right now and some restrictions like minimum player requirements may come back.

Although this period does not change or effect map cooldowns during normal time.

Each map played during that period will still reduce the remaining CD of all maps by 1. But no map will be set on CD during that period.

This is nice. For NA players this is amazing. I guess that VIP nominations are not included in this "un restricted" map nomination.
