2. Why do you want to be an admin?
Admin applications are open and have been for some time. I've been around for a long time and feel up to the task. I see it as doing my part to contribute to the community I have enjoyed for so long.
3. What past experience do you have and other things that would benefit us having you as an admin?
I have no past experience as a server admin in CS:S. Though as some of you already know, I have run my own small Minecraft server a few times. I'm not sure how technical the position would be, but I'm not totally tech illiterate for whatever that's worth. More generally I think it's fair to say that I am well-known (and hopefully well-liked) with a clean record.
4. Can you play during edgy hours?
I'm afraid not. Sorry.
5. You suspect a player to inflate on purpose. What do you do?
Start out with a verbal warning, along with an explanation of the problem if necessary. I would give them three chances. If they inflate a third time, having been warned, then I would kick them. The kick would come much sooner if the inflating caused a good round to be lost, or if I thought the person knew what they were doing. After that, a short ban. I'd bring it to the attention of someone higher up if problems persisted after that.
